Product Feature

Sealing and Cutting Part:

ZST-7585 is standard automatic vertical L bar sealer which is widely used in the packaging assembly line of mass production with high efficiency. L sealing bar is made by vertical up and down driving system. The surface of sealing is even. What’s more, the vertical sealing can avoid the crease and messy sealing line to achieve the perfect sealing effect, while allow for the sealing line to be in the center of the package. Controlled via advanced PLC controller and HMI, the sealing system can give the continuous and smooth sealing order without replacement. Variable infeed and ourfeed conveyor speed make the machine ideal for both manual and automatic feeding.

Using original Omron digital temperature controller which built-in PID function. Sealing blade temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate and we can be arbitrarily set. Meanwhile, avoid to hurt the product for imprecise temperature. Two sets of horizontal sensors automatically compensate for item length change, meanwhile vertical sensors prevent from accidental cutting. Separate motor is used to control the auto winding device, which make the waste film is not too loose or too tight to crack. The waste film can be easily removed. Film up-down synchronization mechanism specially designed to correct the deviation film. Film micro perforation during the film unwinding to make air escape rapidly and get good shrinking effect. Film-roll holder at the bottom of the machine guarantee the machine chassis stability. Different brands of shrink film is acceptable, PE film as an option.

Heat Shrink Tube Part:

Advanced internal-loop design,high efficiency constriction,low energy consume. Stainless steel heat shrink tunnel for pallet, long-life. Activity roll conveyor(can be changed to net type).

T-6030 shrink tunnel adopts imported double recycling motors, so hot air in the tunnel is uniform to make shrink effect more beautiful. The U type stainless steel heaters guarantee service life. The chain conveyor made of solid steel covered with imported silicone tube is very durable. Besides the chain conveyor, we also have different conveyors according to products shape and material. Shrink temperature, conveyor speed and air volume are all adjustable.The special window is anti-fogging and makes shrinking preocess visible. The large wind cooling system can make the packing of product fixed and unchangeable after shrinking. The aluminum table can be used in the back of wind cooling system which makes sure the product will not drop. This shrink bundler wraps of boxes, photo frames, books, brochures, laundry etc.

Sealing and Cutting Part:

This cutting machine adopts constant temperature type aluminum alloy air knife ,cannot break line ,coke,smoke and no pollution. The conveyor of finished product can transfer the product automatically and the time of transportation can be adjusted. All the actions is completed via the cylinder,reduce the power of working and improve the working efficiency. The cutter can protect itself automatically,can prevent the product which should be packed effectively,and it is the insurance of the safety of operator. The machine can work without workers,and can be matched with product line,to make the working more automatically.
